The natural beauty of this lovely photo album comes out on all levels: the design, the textures, the colors, and the materials all contribute. This album is named after the South Pacific island of Wamar, and it was created in nearby Bali.
There, local artisans find, collect and assemble plant material from many local sustainable plant species like hibiscus, banana, kava, lotus and palm. They dry and press the leaves, flowers, grasses, seed pods, twigs and bark to create this lovely album.
What looks like a medieval cross is at the center of the diamond shaped insert, and it too is made of organic material. It all combines to make this album an eye-catching piece that you or the person you give this to will be proud to display. And unlike some other albums, this one is attractive in and of itself so that people will continue to be interested in seeing the contents for years to come.
