| These elegant picture frames have all been designed by artist Ingo Williams in his New York studio. All of the work is done by hand using architectural glass and stained glass techniques. Each frame or panel consists of two sheets of glass soldered together and edged with either black or silver metal. They are constructed as floating picture frames, so no matter the size of your picture, you will find the perfect frame to highlight your precious photo. The sizes given are the dimensions of the frames themselves; normally you would order a larger size than your photo. Imagine your gift recipient's face when a gift of one of these frames is opened!
