Our guess is that you have never seen such a unique photo album. It is handmade on the South Pacific island of Bali, by local craftspeople, using local materials which happen to all be organic, non-endangered, and renewable.
The cover is made of local exotic plant material like alang grass, hibiscus and banana leaves, lilies and lotus, kava, bamboo, lamtoro and palm seed pods, coconut fiber for roping, and recycled rice paper. Throw in a few sea shells and natural dyes for good measure.
This album is named after the island of Marsela, one of the thousands of Micronesian islands that are all part of a tropical paradise. You certainly won't find another album like this, since each one is unique.
The Marsela album is available in 3 sizes:
Medium: overall dimension of 11.25" x 9.25" holds 2 4"x6" photos per page, totaling 40 photos per album.
Small: overall dimension of 8.75" x 6.5" holds 1 4"x6" photo per page and will display a total of 20 photos in the album
