Tiffany Butterfly in White Picture Frame

This beveled glass photo frame is one of the most elegant frames you will ever see.

The fine-line butterfly designs, subtle tint differences, and hand-painted artwork all around this frame speak of high quality workmanship and tasteful design, reminiscent of some Tiffany glass art from the early 1900's.

The outer part of the frame is crafted of frosted glass while the inner rectangles feature different, subtly patterned vintage glass patterns. The butterflies combine these elements and add a raised, faintly glittery accent in several spots on the wings. The eye can either pick out these details or focus more broadly on the whole and simply notice the overall effect of the two design clusters on the sides and the simpler designs top and bottom. We looked several times before picking out the butterflies themselves.

It will be an outstanding frame, either as a gift or for yourself. Made for a 4"x6" photo, the frame measures 9.5" by 7.5" and can be used either vertically or horizontally.

It is easy to imagine a great photo made better by this terrific, sophisticated frame.

The smaller photo on the left (click on it to see more detail) is a great accompanying piece: a glass tea light candle holder rendered in the same distinctive design. It can be a wonderful accent on its own but combined with the frame, it adds even more to your decor.

It measures about 6" square overall and holds the tea light candle in the back in a glass cup at the base of the patterned glass. Lighting the candle will produce a soft glow through the front of the holder that warmly projects the light into the room. Very pretty. If you can use both pieces of the set, you'll save $4.75.
